We kept seeing the same story.

A couple would book us for wedding photography, excited about their big day. Then a few weeks later, we'd get texts at odd hours: "Do you know a good videographer?" "My makeup artist just cancelled – any recommendations?" "How do I make sure everyone coordinates on the day?"

One evening in 2018, we sat down after photographing our third wedding that month. Every single couple that season had mentioned feeling overwhelmed by vendor coordination. They loved planning the actual celebration – choosing venues, designing invitations, picking flowers. But managing multiple vendors? That part stressed them out.

"People keep asking us for recommendations," we said to each other. "What if we just... put everyone under one roof?"
